Newsletter from the Independent Living Center March 2012 
On the 3rd of March all the teenagers went to do activity with a group of kind people from the (OFL Club) at the Ancient City in the Samutprakarn Province. There were a lot of entertain activities for us to do. Our teenagers enjoyed playing games, and learned a lot about the Thai history and very much enjoyed riding the bicycles around the site.
On the 5th of March all the teenagers came to the center too receive a visit from Mr. Mario Tagliapietra and his Thai wife who are long time supporters of our center from Italy. That day our teenagers attended the Holy Mass for the 2 years anniversary of Mr. Mario’s his wife’s wedding which was performed by with Fr. Giovanni Contarin at the chapel in the center. And after we finished the Holy Mass, we attended enjoyed having dinner together and celebrated the birthday party for Fr.Chaisak Thaisonthi. We hoped Fr. Chaisak is happy and strong.

On the 5th of February in the morning, Mr. Andrew Scadding and his team from the Thai Children’s Trust came to as they do every year. All the teenagers went to attend the Holy Mass with Mr. Andrew Scadding in the chapel at the center. And then we had the good opportunity to have lunch together at the center. In the afternoon the Independent Living Center welcomed a visit from Mr. Andrew Scadding and his team from the Thai Children’s Trust. All the teenagers took them for tour around the Independent area and some of the teenagers showed how to play music. All the teenagers were very happy for visiting and helping our center. We hoped they will come and visit us again next year.

On the 7th of January all the teenagers at the Independent and some of the children at the center were very lucky to be invited too visit the warship (The USS Abraham Lincoln CVN 72) from USA. They were very happy and exciting such a very big ship from the USA. You can read more here
